I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, specializing in working with women and couples and developmental and relational trauma. I came to this field as a second career, after several years in the fashion industry in New York and Los Angeles. The privilege of safe, sturdy support had been offered my direction in my own journey, and I now feel honored to get a front row seat to the healing and change of my clients’. This is a sacred space.

I am trained in the Prepare Enrich premarital curriculum, Develomental and Relational Trauma (DARTT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment science.

When I’m not working I can be found outside, with my kids, and exploring new places.
